Not only did someone help me in the live chat, but they gave me contact information in case I had any follow-up questions. The videos showing how to assemble/attach the products are great. I've made a few orders, and could not recommend them more highly.

Easy ordering, well built product, but will not work with what I have,NOT their fault,MINE.Was not with the camper when ordered.Found out the camper had electric stabelizers and would not fit.Again my fault!
There are times one must make use of the situation is DISCOUNT SALE and that's how I bought my receiver hitch. It is definitely an excellent hitch and I love the powder coating on it. It's flawless. The only thing is I could have got template measurements along with the purchase for lower bumper trimming which was not there in my package otherwise the installation was pretty easy. Also, the delivery was OK if possible could have added a little more insulation or a more protective bubble sheet because when it was delivered I saw several places on the packaging box were damaged, luckily the product was in great shape.
Order showed up as promised.

Nice hitch and the online installation videos were good. I would mention to say leave the bolt feeding wire tools on the bolt until fed through the hitch.
USE BETTER PACKING! I read a review that mentioned how bad the packing was with a hitch that was recieved with major paint damage and sure enough my hitch also had major paint damage!
