I was sent the wrong hitch for my 2024 Chevy 3500 HD. I talked to your sales people and they said that no hitches are approved to fit the 2024 Chevy. I specifically asked if it would fit a 2023 with the factory trailering package. I was told yes but no guarantee on the 2024. My Chevy dealer said there has been no changes to the puck layout and if it fits a 2023 it will fit a 2024. I was sent a hitch for a 2019 that has a longer span forward to back, not 13" center to center. I had to pay return shipping and reorder another hitch. Not happy that your sales people don't know the products and cost me an extra $215 that could have been avoided.

I think the carrier and the service is great. Fast shipping and prompt email notification. I only wish I would have looked at my camper bumper a little closer as it sets flush under the camper body so the brackets will not slide over nor would there be room to fold the carrier up. Therefore I am going to have to modify my bumper but it will work out nicely.

Packaging is insufficient. Part of the tow hitch was out of box wit very deep scratches.

Easy peazy lemon squeezy, i think the install would be easier with two people but it was relatively easy overall. The trimmin out of the bumper was a bit of a challange but it turned out great i just had to really be sure and remark the location of the hitcha a few times before cutting. Overall quality product and relaitvely easy install. Took me about 2hrs by myself.

Needed a replacement key made before a trip. Customer service made sure it got to me in time
