I like the selection and quality of RV related items. Everything has good descriptions and they also have self help videos on certain things. I just think that the shipping department is in too much of a hurry. In the past I have had boxes arrive that should have been double boxed because of heavy items starting to break through the cardboard walls or double up on the taping of corners. This last shipment was double boxed but the inside box had a tube of caulking that needed to be wrapped around the tube for protection. After hundreds of miles of banging around it has the nozzle almost bent off. I will know if it holds up next week when I use it.

The customer service and follow up is the absolute best I have experienced with ANY other I have had experience with. The "how to" instructions in video and text format are precise described with words and instruction that are both understandable and the best way. If that does not help, call them or chat. Few businesses with this customer focused support!

confirmation 01/02/25. They never replied. Yes we had snow but it didn't arrive until the evening of 01/05/25. The part arrived 01/08/25.Who dropped the ball etrailer or UPS? No explanation, only that they got paid for something they didn't do. Unfortunate but since COVID I am not surprised only disappointed.
