Order came in on time fast shipping took the steps out to install and there's on mounting hardware. Contacted customer service finally was able to get across that there was no mounting hardware she sent the order over to the wear house this was 5 days ago still haven't received parts or had anyone contact me as to when they'll show up.

I have 2023 Outback Onyx version. I didn't even have to remove the plastic cover. The white plug was accessable easily. I just tucked in the control module and the wires in the foam slots. Great experience so far.
