Bottom line is that I received my hitch and wiring package on time and was satisfied with the quality of both; however, there was a little hiccup. I had needed the hitch for a boat trip in about a week's time. After I ordered the hitch and wiring, I noticed that I hadn't received any tracking info and went in to see if it would be on time. To my surprise, the date of delivery changed from a few days to over a month away. I called and was informed that they thought they had my wiring harness but couldn't find any so they backordered it. In talking to customer service about my deadline, they found a similar wiring harness and sent both priority at no cost to me so all ended well. The videos were nice in assisting with installation! I would suggest to confirm your order afterwards and check with tracking.

The transaction was easy,the product arrived very quickly and on time. The fenders were exact as they're described, they definitely make my trailer look wonderful. The only negative is the fenders did have some scratches from the way they are packaged and shipped.
I received my order promptly and everything worked out great so far. I had to flush the brake fluid out and replace the reservior cap so I have to get that before I can make sure everything works properly. I really like how I could change the whole backing plate, springs, and shoes at once with 4 bolts. This made installing new brake mich easier, thank you.
