The experience was great! I ordered Friday afternoon and the hitch arrived very quickly Saturday noon. Installation was easy and quick as well. I bought it for my bike rack and I'm happy with what I got, very good product for the price.

Order my fifth wheel hitch with the knowledge that I needed to pick up my trailer on a certain day. Their dates said I would have it early enough to make the date I needed. Once they shipped the hitch the date was 3 days after I needed it. Now I'm out $400+ to send back the hitch.
