I placed an order for a left-hand stop, tail turn signal for my 2013 Coachman Catlina travel trailer. I even made sure that it was listed in your parts catalog and ordered that part. I went ahead and installed the one you sent which did not match the one I was replacing and had to drill new holes so it would fit. First time I've had this happen with you as I have ordered other items from your store. Didn't return it because I would have had to pay the freight back to you.

Hitch was easy to order, video's were helpful. I have a KIA sportage and the hitch causing the muffler to hit it. Put some cushione tape on the muffler and the noise was greatly reduced.

Lost a star rating on horrible packaging. Hitch was outside of box upon delivery. Scratched up quite a bit. Saw on other reviews that the recommendation was to get some black Rust-oleum to cover it up. Fix the package rather than instruct on home repairs.
