Purchased a 26"-60" storage slide to use as an outdoor kitchen on our 5th wheel. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Wednesday. I don't know what magic E-Trailer uses, but to ship a large box across the country in 36 hours is amazing. The Moryde sliding tray is awesome. Super heavy duty and easy to install. My two burner Blackstone fits perfectly, now I just need to build it into the tray as planned.
Order was delivered but a week later that the expected delivery date. At one point it was within 30 miles of the delivery address. But from that date It went from Davenport, IA to Wisconsin to Minnesota then back to Des Moines then to Davenport again and then to us.
Needed a replacement rim for my camper after the old one was damaged. Etrailer had the exact wheel I needed and it arrived quickly, but unfortunately there was a big ding on the rim. I don't know that etrailer would have been aware of this because it was under the plastic wrap but not what you want to see. I needed it in a pinch and it didn't affect functionality so not a huge deal.
