Installed car and RV components, very straightforward.
Car components took about 6 hours, 2.5 hours longer due to problems penetrating firewall where & how I wanted.
RV install was 2 hours once I figure out exactly which brake air lines to cut.

I did receive the tires i ordered on time. However they were so distorted from packaging and shipping my installer would not mount them. I had to bring them home, stretch them out with wood, and then heat them up to return them to molded shape. It was a pain. It would be great if you would ship these so they maintain their molded shape.

Placing the order and using the website for etrailer was very easy and friendly. However, when I received my new hitch the box was damaged and being the hitch wasn't packed properly, the receiver portion of the hitch broke through the box and the paint was chipped off.
