Had to order 3 times because your credit card system isn't super, but customer service was great at navigating me through it. Received hitch quickly after order finally went through and installation was (according to my brother, not me!😅😂) straight forward and easy to do. Took him about 3 hours total.
Shopping experience is always great but i ended up paying about $17 for a screw that would normally be about 10 cents at Lowes or Home Depot, so yeah, I'm not happy. Complete rip-off. Very disappointed.

Hitch fit perfect! It was a pain in the butt to remove the factory tow bar but it was a lot easier putting it all back together with the new hitch. Have a buddy help and it's not too bad. Took about 2 hours
