Shipped via Estes who said it was not in trailer packed by etrailer. Talked with 3 separate people at etrailer and got different story each time. First told me it was delivered. Second told me Estes had it. Third told me Estes reported it was not on trailer. All told me I had to wait 4 or 5 days for dock search. Finally arrived and never did hear what the issue was. Very frustrating.

Ordered B&W Companion hitch and when it was delivered the base plate box had been roughed up a bit. One of bands around the box was missing and the box had a hole in it. After opening and inventory of the contents the two vertical mounting plates the head unit sets on were MIA. Called Mike and he squared it all away had them 3 days after notification.
Box was breaking at corners with parts of hitch being exposed. Box requires more padding. Hardware and instructions taped to hitch so no chance of falling out of box. Quick shipping!
