The new circuit board has allowed our exhaust fan to operate at new levels with just a simple remove and reinstall process. No more waiting for the fan to make up its mind or the vent to slowly open or close. Pretty simple, purpose built for a project. I have a Retrax box cover with the t- slots.
Helping friends move so we put little stuff we didn't want to blow away in the back of my truck, closed the cover and stacked mattresses and box springs on it. Used rachet straps and these d-rings to secured it all.

I had ordered online, confirmed the fit, and took the parts to a local welding shop (That was listed on eTrailer's website) and had him install it. He has installed HUNDREDS of hitches. (I can confirm, as his shop was FULL of empty eTrailer boxes). I trust him. He calls and tells me that the mounting kit doesn't fit my truck. He says he can modify it to fit though. I told him to go ahead as I needed the hitch in a HURRY! I called eTrailer and was told to pound sand as I was unable to provide pictures of the brackets "not fitting". I was at work at the time, I didn't have time to sit and watch the man install my hitch, and I wasn't going to inconvenience him by making him stop and let me come down there to take pictures and send them to eTrailer. It cost me an extra 91 dollars in the end to have him "re-fabricate" the brackets and weld it to my truck frame.
The rack was for a series of car that KIA no longer makes, Cadenza. So I was pleased to have an option available at all. Very nice looking hitch. Welds are clean, material feels strong.
Directions are a bit weak, could be more descriptive on how to fish the bolts. On that note, why not decrease bolt head size a tiny bit and not require enlarging the frame hole? Regardless, besides some elbow grease and head scratching, install went well. Super tight tolerances. Be patient and take your time. It does all fit.
