I heard about you from a friend who's more mechanically inclined than me, who also offered to install my hitch for my car. From buying to installing, it was all easy and straight forward. Luckily my friend owned all the tools needed.
Easy to order. Arrived as promised. All parts were in the box. Assembled in 3 hours by myself just had to ask for help to flip the trailer. Impressed with how the wiring is installed. Had to pull the sidewalls in with a bar clamp to properly align the end gates for the locking pins, not a big deal. The license plate mounting needs redesign, the plate gets crunched when tilting the bed. Still trying to figure out a workaround.

I bought the same seals on 10/25/2022 Order #******* along with a new set of Dexter brake shoes. I should have said something then but didn't realize how bad the seals were until I got this order. The 10-36 seals from 2022 had a green paint around the outside. They were oversized and I had a hard time getting them in. This weekend I removed the drums to repack the bearings and two of the four seals unseated one was half way out and one was completely out. Luckily no water penetrated and no damage done. The new seals I just recieved went in snug as expected and seated perfectly. Stick with this manufacturer.
Fits 2023 RAV4 Hybrid fine. Easy install, didn't need to drop exhaust as suggested in video, but it helped to have a second set of hands.
