I installed the hitch and wiring in about 4 hours and it works and looks good. The only complaint is that the boxed wiring harness was shipped in the same box as the large, loosely packed, metal hitch and both boxes had holes in them. Fortunately, no damage was done the the electrical components.
Very easy to find and order. We needed a lighter RV bike rack, and this fit the bill.
Great experience with e-trailer... the hitch is very well built and arrived quickly and without damage. My problem is the trucks fault, I discovered I have a bent frame! Nooooo! It's a huge bummer and my last 2 bolt holes don't line up. Not the hitch's fault but rather my bent frame. I highly recommend this very nicely built hitch!
I recieved the fenders quickly. They just as described on the website. The quality is ok, but the first trip 2 spot welds broke on one fender and 1 spot weld on the other fender. They need a few decent welds added to hold them together for long term use.
I needed the one part I ordered to fix my RV over the weekend and was counting on the shipping time you provided with the order. The part arrived on time and exactly what I needed.
I have ordered several hitches form etrailer and they have always sent the right item promptly to my door.
Ordered a hidden hitch for my WRX plus the wiring harness.
Order came way sooner than expected. Awesome.
Box that it came in was heavily damaged and wet. Not awesome.
Everything in it was perfectly fine so just stupid delivery services issues not this places issues.
Install went exactly as in the install videos.
Was harder because I did it all solo without help.
Did it in 4 hours myself casually on a driveway on a weekend.
Hitch fits perfectly.

Why 4/5 stars?
1-No product is perfect.
2-Product is labeled as "no cutting, no drilling, etc" everywhere I checked it out. This is incorrect.
For the Hitch, the heatshields above the mufflers need slight trimming. (not a huge deal but this is me nitpicking)
For the Wiring, all installs talk about poking a hole in a grommet and feeding the power wire through.
Again nitpicking but that's still not a clean reversible install. (Found I can just run the wire under a door jam with zero issues.)
Otherwise, I highly recommend. It's a great option.

The way they pack up item to ship was badthe first package the leg was sticking out of the box and the steps were bent so bad the paint was peeling the second set the price the lock in the door was bent all the way backwards
