Was having problems with my turn signals. It always working, turned out it was the cheap connector that came with the trailer. The new one has much better quality contacts and it works great every time! Wiring was a snap because the color codes matched the old connector.

The drop hitch ball holder matched the measurements in the listing so I could get the exact amount of drop I needed. Very sturdy construction and perfect fit. The website had a useful page describing how drop and rise are measured so I could translate my boat dealer's "The top of the ball should be this high off the ground" into the drop spec that I should get. When I installed everything it was exactly the height I was aiming for!
It would have been nice if there had been a "do you need...?" selection for balls (which I didn't need) and pins and clips (which I did need) that fit the drop ball mount I selected. But it was easy for me to navigate to that section to find the pin and clip myself.
I also got a 2 into to 1.25 inch receiver converter (so I can us my bike rack) and that was also easy to find and fits great.
