This has been the second time I've ordered from etrailer. What's been remarkable is how they can deliver items that are back ordered at the major manufacturers and I've been able to get the parts I need immediately. In a day and age where manufacturers still blame supply chain disruptions and offer poor customer service, it's nice to know that companies like etrailer exist.

Etrailer was awesome, UPS was a nightmare. They have no respect for there customers as they changed my delivery time 4 times in two days. They said my order was on two different trucks that it wasn't on?

I ordered the mirrors knowing that they may not fit as designed (Honda just has to be different you know) but with a simple modification, the units screwed right in place and are a vast improvement over the ones I had.
The shopping was easy and the shipping was fast. Only took me less than an hour to remove my old hitch and install the new one, still have to mount the new trailer hook-up on the bumper. So easy I did it myself.
