Set of Westin Nerf Bars.The hardware was just loosely thrown in the packaging. There are a lot of bolts/washers etc with running boards and it was a bit of a mess with everything just thrown in there. Hopefully won't be missing anything. No other problems.

After some online research, of prices and reviews, I chose to buy my trailer hitch receiver from etrailer. The hitch arrived via UPS a day earlier than expected. The box was damaged, but the hitch unmarked and all the included hardware intact. I viewed the comprehensive etrailer install video for my Subaru Forester a couple of times and made notes while doing so. I raise my Forester on blocks and crawl under for oil changes, etc, so my DIY hitch install took a little over two hours. I'm pleased with the fit and finish of my e83ZR - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver.
Replacement keys worked great! I had been locked out of my Thule box for a month after losing my lone key in a foot of snow. Contemplated drilling out the lock core but a friend recommended e-trailer's replacement keys. Worked like a charm!
