My experience was as easy as it gets. I found the correct product quick, and placed order and was shipped and delivered without any delay.
ETrailer's site is easy to navigate and the search terms generally work very well. However, when picking brake components for the Dexter 4,000 pound axle, that axle was not listed in the drop down. In fact, it took a good bit of digging to make sure I was picking the right brake and axle parts. It turned out it was the 4,400-pound brake system.
I needed to replace a lower clearance light that I broke off. The replacement I found wasn't a complete match but it works, so now I have the light replaced. The base of the light is white and all my other ones are black at the base. It is also just a slightly different size. It is of good quality.

Shock straps are the best straps I have ever used. Well made quality product and made in the USA. Compared to other tie down ratchet straps there is no comparison. No more movement of my UTV being hauled down bumpy roads going to the Deer Camp.
