I have been in touch with etrailer for 3 days and still do not have a resolution.
The first customer service rep spent a whole day asking for me to repeat the same information: there was a part that was broken in shipping and I need it replaced or fixed.
The second rep was way more helpful but his supervisor told him to hand it back to the manufacturer (hydrastar) and hydrastar has not replied.

I had searched everywhere for the wheel-tire combination I needed and etrailer was the only source I could find that had the size and type I needed. Great transaction and a price better than I expected.

Install was a bit challenging but that was likely due to the car itself and not the hitch. Overall easy process and it works well!

I reiced the order but need to send both back as they were both damaged. Still waiting on instructions for how to return. I reported the damage on the day received - and still waiting for instructions on return

It fit perfect and was very easy to install. The tray slides out with ease,and it latches closed.

Easy ordering, quick delivery
I had a local shop install it, drove about 10 miles home, seems to be a significant difference in handling, less roll, better control. I can drive with one hand now ( I normally don't), but I feel now I can at least comfortably grab a sip of water if I like, where before I couldn't.

Time is our most valuable asset as we age. Therefore, I'm investing some of my time here because I believe this company is worth it. While I don't know much about them, they seem to be led by an owner who values customer service and understands that we are essential to the success of the business.

Hitch arrived in 2 days. Perfect fit. Had it installed in 45 mins. All parts included.:-)

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. I would recommend etrailer to friends.

The product shipped did not have an instruction sheet or manual. Also the items in the box had all the Protected coverings where removed and not sure if this item was a return or was used prior before we received it.

Hollywood bike rack descriptions are a little confusing and I ordered a bike rack for 3 inch tire not 5 inch. Now I have to order a set of replacement wheel hoops that will fit the 5 inch wheels. I have already assembled and installed the rack so I don't want to send it back.
