I contacted customer support for assistance with which hitch and light kit I needed for my vehicle. The agent made recommendations which was compatabile and I was able to install with ease. There was also installation videos.
Ordered the hitch, and wiring kit. Both came when expected. The installation video was spot on. The afternoon before the expected due day, sprayed down the fasteners with break free. When the hitch arrived, we unboxed and installed it exactly the way the video showed. Piece if cake. Hooked up the trailer wiring, and we're done. Couldn't have taken more than 1/2 hrs altogether.
Bought two tires and they came inflated and were perfect, went ahead and ordered two more of the same one but when arrived one was flat the other had air in it. I used the inflated one and found the other one had a cut or bad valve stem so had to have it replaced. Got home and found the one I put on was flat due to the same problem ( rubber valve stem)

18,000 lb cusionaire pin box for my 2020 grand design reflection fifth wheel
I had severe chucking and a terrible ride.
I installed the new pin box following the easy directions. After installation I only had to drive a block and had already noticed the difference. Wow! The best money I could spend on it. I am now ready for our next trip, comfortably! The pin box came earlier than expected too!
No problems took awhile to arrive but other than that, it went well.
Was hesitant at first based on delivery / missing parts issues described in reviews but hitch arrived on time and complete. Hitch is exactly what I needed.
Could have used a cutout for rear view mirror. Had to cut it myself.
Easy installation once truck rear end was jacked up some. Am excited to see how this aids my Tundra's
"sagging rear end" when RV is attached. Aniicipate it wll be a big improvement. As expected, no difference after installation while driving unloaded - a good thing. Kit materials are all quality made.
One tip, getting bolt and washer through bottom hole of rubber bumper is best done upside down using socket on an extension to hold bolt and washer upright and fit through (unless you are a really good shot dropping them from top!
Bolts were to be overnighted, they were not. Called the next day and was informed that for whatever reason they were not sent. Agent promised to make it right by again overnighting them and removing the shipping fee. They did arrive the next day as promised.
Nice and easy shopping, order the tires and rims I need and wait for for them to arrive. No hassles of stores and parking, or carrying them around. UPS gets to do that.
