Chatted with Kaitlyn and appears this is what I need. However, the screws provide cannot be used on my vehicle. The plate holes on my Lexus have fine thread and the coarse thread screws will not work. So far, I have struck out on finding long, fine thread screws I can use and therefore, have not been able to install the sensor I purchased, yet.

The condition of the box when it arrived was terrible. Crushed and large holes in it. It's a wonder the trailer wiring harness hadn't fallen out of the box before it got here. Need heavier packaging or speak to your shipping co.
