I got the hitch receiver for my 2023 Nissan Arya and it is already installed. E-trailer is my go to place for anything trailer/towing related. I have ordered from e-trailer several times (3 hitch receivers and harnesses for my previous cars) and every time was great. I had to return a couple of items (my fault for ordering a wrong type of wiring harness) and it was never a problem. Highly recommend
