I great customer service when ordering the hitch and wire harness. I received the hitch within a couple of days. We took the hitch to be installed and they said it was easy to install. The only negative was the hitch came in a box that was torn apart. I think they could have done better with the boxing of everything. All the pieces were in the box luckily when received.
The hitch came early. Two holes on the hitch did not match on the frame. I had to drill the holes to match. It all worked out.
