I purchased a wiring kit for a fifth wheel. When I got to the last step, the pin connection was wrong. I asked etrailer for a response they said I needed a different plug end,which cost me an additional 20 dollars. The plug in the kit was never going to work and wasstill shipped in the kit. The part they suggested worked perfectly, I paid for a quality control error. Thus my rating.
Very pleased with the price, the quick shipment, ability to track my package and the quality of the wheels.
Overall experience was good, instructions were easy to read, putting it together was easy. The only thing that was missing was one of the clips that holds the latch in place when latch it down to the bed of the truck. No big deal I just went and bought one. But I feel like everything should have been there. Thanks Richard H.
