The product arrived very quickly and as described with the exception that the box was tattered very badly and had scratches all over the actual part that attaches to the vehicle. The actual product was fine but cosmetically is not. The hitch works just fine though.

I watched the videos and downloaded the instructions prior to ordering, to gauge if this was within my abilities. The hitch arrived on time, with all required hardware. Installation was relatively easy, even without a second set of hands (having a small floor jack helped).
We needed a new vent lift and once again etrailer came through. We have never gotten a product the wasn't quality here. And customer service is A+!
They work perfectly. Great color and the material seems like it will be easy to shake out or hose off. Our 2 steps inside the RV are hard rubber so we wanted to protect them even though they were easy to clean. These mats are perfect.
