I paid way too much. But it was delivered very quickly I will give them that. As a person who doesn't want to go to the dirty DMV or tag place because of the gross people and the pandemic is still happening, I was happy to order online. But it's very overpriced. Just know that. It's normally $40. You're paying more than double.
I did everything right, sent in my info, credit card into. They take my money, tell me to send in my only proof of title papers in the mail. Which I refused to do. So they tell me an address I can bring it to, I look up the address and it's 6 hours away. I call them back to tell them the issue, they basically say "not my problem". So I ask them to cancel my payment 138$! That already was high enough. Both times I called I got the same guy, Rafael
Customer Support Representative. When I emailed them to tell then my complaint, I get the same guy email me. This is a scam and it's just this 1 guy running most of this oporation. So I'm out 138$ and they refuse to give it back when I got NOTHING in return. I ask to talk to the manager and he says "sorry, he'll tell you the same thing. Have a nice day" hang up. Service fee 99$. Insane!
I called and got my tags renewed. The lady who helped me was the best. She answered my questions all my questions and was really helpful. Thank you

Took a while to figure out that the Florida Motor Vehicle Dept doesn't renew, but use an outside service. Once I figured that out, life became much easier.
E Tags was absolutely great! I am very impressed. I loved being able to have an e copy to show proof of registration whil I waited for my tags to conveniently be delivered to my house! This was so worth ot and it was fast. Not even a week I had my tags.
I filled out paper work and sent it in. Then I called and was told an agent would call me back in an hour. Next morning I cancelled and it still cost me $20 for their non-performance.
Very Easy and very fast arrival. I would use this again though my daughter said I paid about $35 for the service.
This is the first time I have used eTags. Never again will I line up to get my tags. Website was easy to use and tags arrived within a few days.

They paid somebody else's registration with my money and refuse to refund my money gave me the run-around for 3 months and still nothing never buy your tags from here it's not worth it extra fees and penalties go to www.dmv.com
ETAGS was amazing! I needed a copy of my Title like ASAP and after my order online with eTAGS and giving them all the required info I had my Title in my mailbox in a couple of days like close to 48hrs.
