Fairly straight forward procedure once the located the proper websight even though I did not receive a reminder notice in the mail. The USPS is sturgging to perform their mission!
If you are moving to Florida, don't use eTags AT ALL! It's a total waste of time and money. Simply because you will need to go to a Auto Tag office anyway to check the VIN of your car in person. So, once you are there you can do everything eTags does in one-stop shop place, for a fraction of the price eTags charges you.
ETags website doesn't give you this disclosure. I felt misled by them and I'll never ever use them again.
Their program couldn't handle my request. Called e-tag and they fixed the problem and I received my title.
I was charged $120 to get a duplicate title for my car. I went to DMV and was told the title was only $25 and ETAG kept the rest of my money. When I asked for my $95 back they said it was thiere service fee. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I have been using etags for years now and never have had problems getting them on time, great service a and website.

Did have to stand in line and had to see when I get off to make it to the station.
When purchasing Etag to transfer a trailer title it was marketed as an easier alternative to going to the driver's license office. My paperwork wasn't sufficient for etags, who said it needed to be notarized again (it was already notarized)... we went to a notary, who said only PennDot could handle the signature we needed. When I reached out to Etag about this, they suggested I "find another notary willing to do it," without any suggestion of who this notary might be. At this point, I asked for a refund-- and was told I would need to wait for a supervisor. I was told a supervisor would call "within the hour"-- more than an hour passed, I called back. Was told "within 10 minutes"--- 20 minutes pass. Call back, and the call was disconnected. At this point I have spent substantially more time dealing with the company-- and am out $100-- versus just going to PennDot on the matter. Still isn't resolved.
