*Check their Better Business Bureau rating-F*. When I found eTags I thought it was affiliated with OH DMV and, therefore, a part of the necessary process. I paid $99.95 and began following the steps. I went to my local credit union for a notary. They said I had to go to the DMV. I did just that, along with transfer/tag registration. ETags kept contacting me (I gave them 5 stars for service. Their follow up is 2nd to none) to scan a notarized copy. I did-but apparently it was wrong (because it was already done by DMV) and they kept calling and emailing me. I didn't realize I paid for a service I didn't need and they didn't tell me that all was complete when I scanned the final document. Once it dawned on me that I paid them to do something that I then went and did at the DMV I called and asked "do you do refunds?" The rep said 'it depend-what is going on?'. I explained what I did and that my lack of understanding led to me paying for a service that I could no longer use. She offered a refund with a $50 service fee. To which I replied 'well that was an expensive lesson!" She said she would talk to her supervisor. The supervisor said "no full refund because we reached out many times". I said "so if I would have figured all of this out much sooner I would have gotten a full refund?" Answer: no. Earlier in the conversation she said the policy is 'no refunds'. When she answered the phone she said 'it depends'. A lot of time and $50 wasted.
I been using this software since 1997, the screen layout is well designed and easy to navigate,
For me the most tools I been using is Repair Operating System, Clean & Speedup, Fix iOS Stuck and Backup & Restore, it has fix all my iOS issues, it's one of the best software I ever seen and use, its unmatched to any other software.

Driver didn't notify GLS call center with the arrival time so I missed the delivery but luckily I was able to coordinate pick up the next morning at GLS in Gardena
