ETags did not provide me the service and yet they still charged me $19.95 for doing NOTHING. They stated that it is their terms of service. While that may be true, there is no integrity with a company that takes your money when they have provided NO SERVICE to you. DO NOT USE THEM. Go to the online site for your state's DMV. It is cheaper and more efficient. As a company, eTags has no moral code or business ethics.

I placed an order to renew the registration of a 2019 Expedition, which was my mistake. That was a leased vehicle that I turned back in January 2023. I want to cancel this order but it says "All Sales Are Final." I do not want a new tag or registration. Fortunately, the new registration has not been sent to me. I want back the fee paid of $261.00. Please contact me.

Never recieved my title after 3 WEEKS. I made an order for over $100 to get a duplicate in July 13th and now on July 30th, it still has not arrived. Like what the hell.
