I only write reviews when service is exceptionally good or bad, and in the case of this store they are THE WORST. Both times I've ordered online, I pay and learn after the first shipment that numerous items were out of stock and back ordered. My online profile then updated to say the items will be shipped by a certain date, so I called to confirm (because the first time I ordered they did the same thing to me!). After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, the agent emails his shipping department and calls me back to confirm I should have the products on back order within a week. So I wait over a week, and then look online at my order only to find the back ordered items removed from my invoice. There was no email to my attention about the change either, nor did I see a refund in my bank account. I then call them again, wait on hold for 30 minutes, only to leave a voicemail that no one returned. So I used their chat support function. The agent confirmed they removed my items because they weren't available in the end. I am now moving to Africa, it's been a month later, and I AM VERY INCONVENIENCED! What's worse, the agent used the fact that I didn't know because emails were sent to my spam folder - THEY WERE NOT! I get all promo emails, but apparently nothing that actually matters from them. Regardless, who sells items they don't even have in stock?! It's better to go without your items, than to ever deal with such horrible service.
