It was easy, I would have sold it along time ago had I realized it was easy. There was no clear explanation on the website (Shopify) on the process but when I finally got to process the sale I was surprised that it was just a simple step.
I loved it! T was great! I was really impressed! I actually heard about it on Tiktok, there have been a lot of videos where a lot of people have been explaining how you can set up your own business on Exchange.
If you have a great domain name, the Concierge Service was a very helpfull.

I have a lender and he's asking a 5% interest rates, if I give him 10% cash down. He said with address of my home I own.
He told me with escrow.com I have to accept both side of the transaction. I have to accept. Is it true? I will have the money when i signed the contract and accept the terms so both of parties will get the trasnfer of the money at the same time? Do you think it's true?
A customer service rep was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot a domain transfer issue. While I feel like the issue shouldnt have existed it was mostly on the seller that was the problem, not them as a middleman.

Why?, because is the perfect mix between technology and humanity. Like you'd sistem and the way to move it. And the personal touch online and the phone. If u do t care about your bussiness and help cust. That's pride. If you don't feel that. Go to work to sh**** pages like e**y. Just like that.
There is no time frame for end 2nd party to respond to transaction. Receiving end can wait indefinitely to "click" on accepted package. This can leave transaction open forever. Just like it did for me. Sold car, receiving end didnt "accept" car for months...
They received payment 3rd August, passed Tier 2 verification 5 august despite the fact that I had enough Tier 1 because the transaction is up to $ 3000, payment still didnt processed. Terrible, going to cancell transaction on monday!
Absolutely awful experience. They wouldn't release the money into the account when it was sent for days and days until prompted. Then they appeared confused about how boat transactions work when the boat is transferred at a slip and even when I approved releasing the money to the seller, they refused to release it to the seller. I now have a person I respect angry with me and I have absolutely no recourse, I have a large sum of money trapped by a company which doesn't understand that large vessels are habitually transferred at the slip. They advertise that they transfer boats but they know NOTHING about how boats are transferred and they think that somehow this boat is going to show up at my house on an 18-wheeler or something, idk. This is insane and humiliating and I can't get through to them that the transfer has already taken place in law and in fact. They cannot even send a comprehensible english-language e-mail to me when I engage with support! This is in regard to Transaction *******. DO NOT USE ESCROW.COM FOR BOATS. Would give zero stars if I could!
Escrow's Conceirge survice of this domain sell was great.
At the last deal without conceirge survice, I had to spend lots of time to transfer the domain to the buyer, but I didn't anything at this time.

Overall, it can be a good service, but definitely do your research beforehand and make sure that you are comfortable with how they will resolve any issues that might arise.
I can't think of a single thing that customer support could have done better. My questions were always answered promptly and completely, and the transaction went according to plan.
I spent 1st call on hold for 29 minutes after going from caller 5 to caller 1 only to be disconnected! This happened two more times! Tells me that there probably really is not anyone there--beware!

Once the offer is accepted you can pay into the escrow account and then go to inspect the car. If everything is as expected you can release funds to the seller right there on the spot.
