I was sent a plastic handbag by Eric dress that was advertised as leather. After a protracted complaint service Paypal have agreed to refund my money.
Eric dress offered me £5 back which I refused.
Do bear in mind that if you receive shoddy goods from Eric dress it costs a lot of cash to return them to China. Eric dress know this and their goods are tat.

Well, I was a first time shopper with Eric Dress. I had a really bad experience, with another online store. However, Eric Dress sent to me, exactly what I ordered. The items were just as they appeared in the photos! They even enlarge the photos (lower on the clothing items page(s), so that you can see the details. There's a clothing "size helper", for each item, for purchase. They try pretty hard with demonstrating clothing items colors.

I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the items purchased and the service was second to none; polite, informative, and quick! Communication is definitely a strength with EricDress and they seem very nice people to deal with.
The import duty didn't take me by surprise, because it has caught me out before shopping elsewhere, however there is no reference to it on the site and therefore no warning for the uninitiated.

Love it! The coat was delivered almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The coat is warm and not heavy in weight. Its exactly what I expected for the amount it cost. If I have any complains it would be the fit normally I am a large in coats, however it seems this style runs small so I went up a size to XL and its perfect. I am very satisfied and would definitely order from here in the future.

Overall Ericdress has been good quality merchandise that is reasonably priced. Shipping was reliable and takes about a month to reach Canada. It can be abit high. I love the selection and styles though.

At EricDress, I had so much fun finding the perfect outfits for my upcoming concerts. Everything, from the dress to the accessories, was perfectly priced and easy to find. I can't wait to see my new purse, earrings and dress! I'll definitely shop here often!

Eric dress's website was easy to use with a large selection of items. It took 3 weeks to get my purse I ordered. Shipping cost $18 for that one item! The purse itself was good quality. What I would expect for the price. Overall it was a fair experience except shipping cost. The purse itself was only around $40.

Although I am very happy with this item, it is not the same as the image above. The design is not the same. I believe that this is not right, as it misleads people to think that it will look exactly like this. Having said that, I love the jumpsuit. It fits perfectly and it looks very good. It just doesn't look like the picture above.

I ordered a black and white dress which was for a family event. Although it took some while to arrive it was well worth the wait. It is absolutely beautiful, fits like a dream and looks much more expensive than what I paid for it. Would highly recommend to others and very happy with the item.

The dresses I buy from Eric are good for me. I am petite so they fit me well. I like the styles and the colors and the fabric, They have good quality cotton and good quality linen dresses, sometimes beautiful silk dresses. My order was never lost. Their customer service needs improvement. You can exchange the item in your order which is not available anymore for something else or you can get a credit. The sandals I bought are very light and comfortable, love them. They also have beautiful winter scarfs. I buy them for the presents and my friends love them.

5 items was purchased all delivered in a timely manner, two adjustments needs to be made, and the Tiara was broken (possibly through the transportation process)...
I'm looking forward to the day to use my items and be glamorous... seeing the cameras flashing already

The website is easy to navigate and the clothes that I've purchased are really good quality for the price. The only con is that shipping can take up to a month or more and some of the dresses run small so make sure you either do a custom size or read the reviews so you don't waste your time waiting for a dress that won't fit.

I rate Ericdress with 5 stars for the accurate description of the products and 5 stars for the quick shipment.
I would give 5 stars also for the communication with custom service if it wouldn't be that opened dispute regarding suborder ******* from Order NO. *******. Nobody contacted me to address this dispute even I sent a kind reminder to custom service.

After all the mixed reviews that Ericdress had I was super worried about ordering from their website. I checked the tracking info nearly everyday. But after 12 days my dress was shipped and I got it in three. It looks just like it did in the picture and the customer service rep was super nice and replies to my constant messages in a timely fashion. Would buy again

I received my dress yesterday but unfortunately it is to small. What is the best way to return the dress and get a larger size?

Also I would like to change the colour. Will this be a problem for me? The dress is beautiful with different colours of beading (or rhinestones) on it. What happens when you order a different colour, do they change the colour of the rhinestones to match the colour of the dress?

The cotton blend cloth is thick but soft, very comfortable. Mine is size medium and it fits perfectly.

I loved the dress I ordered it fit perfectly. I was stunning at the New Year Eve's Ball. But the jacket and the 2 sweaters do not fit. If you have thick arms Even the 1Xl didn't work. But they are beautiful items. Very disappointed that I couldn't wear them.

Everyone is so amazed with my wedding dress and shoe. It was elegant and simple. I really love it. It's perfect.

So after reading all these reviews i was scared but i got my dress and it is not bad for the price i paid. The cloth inside the dress only covered my knees and that is the only issue i have. It is really pretty. I also think that sleeves are too wide and i dont like to show my underarms. But still i love the dress and i am going to wear it.

I ordered a hunter green high waste long dress, really pretty and fits me perfectly! The size dimensions are way off so you have to order a couple sizes up from your normal U.S. size. I originally ordered a medium which would have been my size in the US but I had to return and exchange for an XL. The return process was lengthy but worth the wait. I love the dress but which they would have put a longer inside liner so it won't be so see through.

The dress and swimsuit I order was perfect. It was just what I had in mind, and it looks just like the picture. I ordered the items one size small to help me get where I want to be on the big day. GREAT GREAT GREAT! I cannot wait to wear them for my honeymoon. I will be ordering something really soon.

I had a couple of issues and customer service always got back to me within 24 hours and always wanted to sort things out. The dress arrived really quickly and is exactly the style shown in the photo. I read other reviews and based on those ordered an XL (I'm a UK 12/14) and to be honest I think an L would have been fine but this one is good because it's a loose style with a belt so it works anyway. The dress is described on the site as 'chiffon' - just be aware that they mean 'chiffon style', the fabric is not silk it's polyester but for £20 including postage I think this is good value for money.

I recently discovered this amazing online boutique for awesome clothing at insanely low prices compared to other stores! They stock similar styles but at the fraction of the price!

Their shipping times are excellent, received in 3 business day. Shipping is free also so that's a huge bonus! My dresses arrived fine and I would definitely be back, love love love.

I'd recommend this website, it's so easy to browse and they honestly have the best customer service - you can see it on their Facebook responses.
