I have 15 year old lawnmower that I bought at yard sale. Front drive wheels were shot. Just punched in the model number of mower and eReplacementParts showed me the correct wheel as well as telling me that it was not the same wheel as 15 years ago but that it would fit and work. Shipping was a bit pricey but the wheels arrived and went on without a trip to the hardware store.
Waited 4 months for a grill part, then the wrong part was sent-had to send it back. When I called to verify my model number, they said that was the correct part number from their database?
I called another company and they had the correct part number. EReplacement needs to clean up their database.
Very unpleasant experience.
I ordered the part for my mower and was expecting a huge delay due to covid but my part arrived within a few days. I will definitely use them again!

If we all only had the time to wait. I did receive my part but the wait time was more than a month. I ordered the part and thought it might come within a week or so but not the case.
Ordered parts fo an older model charcoal grill. Did not know if they would still be available. EReplacements came through. Parts arrived and fit perfectly.
Never heard back from anyone. I called, E-mailed, and now have sent a second request. I finally received a RMA number but am not expecting anything great to happen.
Part was overpriced. Found same part elsewhere for 70% of the cost. Called 3 times and emailed twice when promised delivery did not arrive. Kept getting same tired story and a new two week delivery promise. Finally ordered another one from a different supplier and when I called to cancel the order it was miraculously shipped that afternoon. Waited over a month and a half while spa could not be used. I have purchased many items here in the past with good results but this left me with a sour taste.
I needed a lawn mower wheel. With the model number, it was easily found and available. Wayne was great and very helpful. I would highly recommend eReplacement.
I recently cracked and severely damaged the original's air filter and choke cover to my Shindaiwa M2510 string trimmer/multi-tool and was unable to find an OEM replacement part because ECHO who bought out Shindaiwa no longer carries the original $5 part. EReplacementParts was quite prompt and easy to do business with. The part purchased entailed replacing not just the cover but also a base part to accommodate a slightly larger cover and came with a multi-air filter. With taxes and delivery the cost came out to almost 9 times the $5 part... so yeah a little pricey... but to buy a new multi-tool was in the range of $400 to $600 so I chalk it up to my negligence in breaking the original cover. I would highly recommend this part nonetheless. Thanks to eReplacementParts my Shindaiwa is back to work.

I ordered the "long" drive belt for a lawn tractor and received the "short" belt. So I hit the hardware store and replaced both belts.
Part ordered 22 sept 20, part goes on back order, part in transit 20 oct 20... massive inconvenience waiting for this part... almost 30 Fk'in days!

I ordered a part that didn't fit. When I went to the website to return it, my order number disappeared showing I never ordered. I also emailed 2 weeks ago and haven't had a response. Sadly, you can't reach ANYONE! Terrible customer service!
The bowl on our Cuisinart food processor developed a crack which made it hard to get the lid on and off while using the machine. We looked for a replacement bowl for some time till we found one on eReplacementParts. We ordered it and it arrived in a few days. We have made several batches of salsa with the new bowl and it works great. The associated parts work well with the new bowl and the lid is easy to get on and off.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
