I made a call to replacementparts.com looking for a switch for my DeWalt portaband, that I damaged. The representative was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in making sure I was getting the correct part, he took my information and it was done. I received the new switch, installed it without incident, and I'm thankful, not only for the part, but customer service that I received that happens few times and far between in todays society.

They got my money almost 2 weeks ago, supposedly shipped it, but I have no parts. I emailed them about this, to get no response.

Next step is having my bank reverse the charges, putting things into dispute, absolute PITA to do, but lesson learned. Do not waste your time and effort with these guys, they are a scam.

I ordered a part that was on backorder from the manufacturer. I could verify it was the manufacturer and not erplacement parts because the manufacturers website even stated it was backordered.
