Was sent damaged goods

Ordered 2 dust caps for my lawn tractor. One was fine, the other was cut and repackaged damaged goods and not usable. Total spend was only $15, so not worth returning, etc.

The right OEM Part and fast delivery!

I bought a Milwaukee M12 Caulk Gun from another vendor last year for a project. The project was delayed and needed to be completed this year before the weather got too cold. When I opened the caulk gun the piston and screw were missing. I contacted the vendor where I purchased the gun last year and never received a response. Ereplacementparts had the piece I needed and it was delivered in less than a week. The right parts and great service!

Good sawzall parts

My sawzall was getting hot under heavy load. Based on a YouTube video and some googling, I went to eReplacementParts for new grease. I got a new cover and felt ring also. Everything seemed to work fine. I will be shopping here again if I ever need more sawzall parts.

I love my weedwacker that I've had for over 10 years…we have an understanding! I ordered a replacement guard from black and decker. Something was off, and the string was hitting the inside guard and warping how the string came out. Before buying a new weedwacker, I decided to try a guard from you folks. It works great! I've ordered from them before without issue. I think they're a legitimate business, but they have no customer service. I don't mean that it's not good, I mean they don't have any. No person will ever answer an email or a phone call. There is no one there. My order was not delivered despite tracking saying it was. Probably lost by USPS. I emailed them to inquire. Got an automated response. I emailed again a few days later - same automated response. I finally called and pressed the number for lost orders. The message says that due to the pandemic, they don't have anyone to answer inquiries and that I should use the website. There are no options to make a claim for missing orders. I have no recourse. They took my money and I have nothing,

I paid $6.95 for shipping, yet, when the box arrived, the post office charged me an additional $2.49 to pick it up. Turns out, according to the label, YOU only paid $2.16 to ship it, which wasn't enough. The $6.95 you charged me WAS enough to cover the actual total of $4.65 - but because I had to pay the additional $2.49 to pick it up, I ended paying a total of $9.44. AND - it delayed the delivery of a much needed part. I had already contacted you about this, but got no response, and no reimbursement - so, here's the review you get.

It's a Gas

Thank goodness for eReplacementParts! Our "Beast" (a Murray lawn tractor from 1999) needed a new gas tank just as I finished mowing an acre of field. Help! Who to order from that will send us Real Murray/Briggs Stratton parts? Yes! Success through eReplacementParts as they had exactly what we needed; a 2.8 gallon gas tank, new cap, and two replacement blades.

Parts were available, prices were good, and they shipped ASAP! Hallelujah! A great company who knows how to take care of their customers.

Thanks a million to eReplacementParts! The Beast and I will conquer those nasty tumbleweeds again next year.

Be sure parts are correct.

I purchased replacement handles for a grill based on a single photo and thought I was buying the correct ones. Ended up being a similar, but different model. I returned the handles for a refund, but had to pay for the return shipping. If there were additional images showing different angles of the pieces, I would have seen that they were not the correct handles for my grill.
