I ordered a replacement chassis for my black and decker cordless drill which had fallen and broke at the handle. Ordered the replacement and received it within four business days. The part was exactly as described. Would definitely order from here again.

The price for the part was a little higher than other places, but I ordered it from here because I live in the same state (Utah), and needed it overnight. I paid for and ordered it overnight shipping, but they failed to get it to the shipper (USPS) until 3 days later, which was a complete waste of money for overnight shipping. I try to stay with companies that are near me to help out my local and state economy, but in hindsight, I should have ordered the part from somewhere else.

We purchased an espresso coffee machine from an "op-shop" (goodwill shop) in New Zealand. It was faulty. We found another one, and it worked for a while. But an essential plastic part split. I ordered my replacement part for my espresso machine. My credit card was immediately charged and I received a notice a shipping label was made. Then the tracking number showed that the part just sat for over ten days before finally shipping. What should have taken a couple days took two weeks. When I contacted them after 7 days they said it had shipped and tried to put blame on the post office but the tracking number showed it was still sitting at their location. A few days later the tracking number showed it finally was given to the usps and it arrived in a couple days.

Company listed a hard to find part as part of a kit. I only needed one part (diode) but bought the whole kit just to get the diode. Lo and behold all the parts in the kit were included EXCEPT the diode I needed. After lengthy hold time finally spoke with a rep who was very nice. Asked the rep to verify that the other kits listed as "in stock" on the website actually included the diode. Lo and behold, she could not verify the diode was included in the kit. That told me the company's website is a sham in this instance. Plenty of competing parts companies out there. I don't like to do business with companies that con their customers. Just me.

It is always possible to pick a parts company that is not connected to your needs. This is absolutely not the case with replacementparts. I had checked with parts suppliers in this area and they said that the part I needed was on back order and could not be obtained before sometime after the new year.
