I have ordered from this company before when I needed replacement parts for my blender. This time I needed the black cap for the bottom of the blender jar. I got it within just a few days. And it's working great. So much better than replacing a whole blender for just one small piece.
I ordered a new guide for my Delta table saw. The product was shipped within 8 days. I sent and received an email checking order status as well.
A decal I ordered came wrong. I called them and they reorder with the proper number but it still wasn't correct. I fumbled thru the web site and found the right decal with an entirely different number. I called on a Saturday. They ordered the part I needed canceled the second order, and backed the charges including freight for the first and second orders and sent the correct decal freight free. We had to work together, they were entirely ready to make it right.
I finally received all the parts I ordered times 2.
My original order was cancelled by a computer glitch I was told. I called and found this out. So while I was on the phone I reordered the parts. A few days later I received an email that my second order had been cancelled. So I got online and reordered the third time. A couple hours later I received another email saying another computer glitch happened but was fixed and my order was not cancelled. I ended up with a double order coming in over a week.

This is just the latest of several parts bought from ereplacements.com over the last few years. As in previous purchases, the site leads you quickly to whatever needs repair, the correct part arrives quickly and the prices are reasonable. This particular part was a thermal cut off for a Nutone ceiling light that includes light, heat and exhaust fan. It's 40+ years old, the updated replacement Nutone light that will fit in the same box sells for, at best price we found, for $276, and this little part was $13.34. New version is probably a bit quieter but the old one is up and running fine for a while longer.
It took a month to receive my order. I realize many companies are not at fault for supply line delays, but ereplacements never advised me that the parts were backordered until I inquired.
The representative who helped me order the right gasket went out of his way to help me find the correct part and was knowledgeable and courteous—even though this was a small purchase. Therefore, I would feel comfortable making a larger purchase in the future. The gasket is sturdy and fits and works beautifully. The delivery was quick, as well.

Ordered parts for a MK 101 tile saw. The parts have been hard to locate in the past. EReplacement had or had access to the parts and they were delivered in less than a week, I didn't request any special delivery. I would check here for any other type of parts that I might need.

The plastic rear skirt on my Craftsman lawnmower finally wore out after years of use. I was able to locate and order a replacement easily from eReplacement parts. I was having trouble ordering a replacement top grill plate for my T-Fal OptiGrill from the manufacturer. They were out of stock and provided a date when the item was expected to be available. Every time I would check back on that date, it was delayed again. This happened 4 times. When I checked eReplacementPartsm the item was in stock and I received it within a week, even with a shipping delay in transit due to midwest weather which wasn't their fault. They are now bookmarked for future use.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
