The switch on my Ridgid table saw went out. After doing a full web seach to replace it, I found it at Repacementparts.com! From the time of my order placement and getting the switch in the mail was really fast. I was expecting it to take longer. Ordered two of these to repair a Delonghi coffee urn that parts are no longer available for. It took a little tweaking, but I made it work! One for repair and an extra just in case. I actually did not want to pay another shipping fee in the event that I may need to replace again, that's why I bought two now.

Parts come fast and they have what I need most all the time. Prices are reasonable and shipping within normal.

We ordered a total of eight small parts to repair a snowblower. Three weeks later we are not sure when we are going to get them. They give you every excuse under the sun. Find the parts elsewhere or find a small business that repairs snowblowers. We will be lucky if it is running by January.

This business was the only place I could find a lid replacement for my favorite crockpot. The lid was a perfect fit!

I'll give you the short version: I got sent a broken part. It took them over a month to respond. They ignored over 3 emails, but responded immediately on Trustpilot. They have no phone service and do not check emails. By the time they got back to me, they sent a return label for a part I simply couldn't find. I sent photos of the broken part instead, and it's been radio silence. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS. PLEASE EITHER REFUND ME OR SEND ME A NEW PART.

My Krupp automatic espresso maker was stuck and would not "start" - just kept giving me the refill water tank indicator. I noticed the floating indicator in the tank wasn't floating up as it should, so I decided to see if replacing the water tank would fix the problem and it did! As soon as I replaced the tank, it began working once again. Beyond happy that my espresso machine is once again working!

I've used eReplacement parts multiple times now, without reviewing them. I recently replaced everything in a Shindaiwa 575, with the exception of the piston/cylinder/powerhead. EReplacement parts had everything I needed, and made the parts easy to locate, view, and order. Additionally, When they had difficulty locating everything to ship at once, they notified me, about the issue, and kept me updated. Once I received my parts, they all worked great, and the old 575 is running, and oiling again like it did 30 years ago. In the post-CCP virus supply chain, not many places are hitting supply homeruns like that!
