I ordered a replacement baking pan for my convection oven. My order took two months to arrive, and when it did, the part was not as advertised and did not fit my oven.
When my pneumatic brad nailer quit working after 19 years of quality service, just was not looking forward to purchasing a new one. Having nothing to lose I decided to follow the parts diagram and opened up the air chamber and found a broken part. Searched all over the internet and all I could find out is that the part is no longer available. But I did not give up. Persistence paid off I found eReplacementParts.com and they had the part I needed. They had a generic replacement that I purchased and in 5 days received the part. In my nailer purrs just like when I used it for the first time. (I did purchase an additional part in case it fails again in 10 years.)

Web site indicated that the replacement "bump head" part would fit my model Ryobi weed wacker. It did not. The attachment was clearly different from the head of my device. I was, however, able to "jerry-rig" it to fit my device. I haven't used it yet, so I'm not sure it will hold up.
I needed some parts for my Makita battery lawn mower. Some of the parts were on backorder for several months. EReplacement kept me informed of the status on regular basis and every time I called I was able to talk to a live person within a couple of minutes. Excellent customer support!
I ordered a part based on the model number of my blender. Their online site confirmed the part and when I received it, it was way too big. I wanted to return it but it cost $2 more to send it back than what I paid for the part. I refused to do that. They need to check the items on their site because some are bit the right part! I'd give a zero if I could!
Needed a pin and retainer for my old nail gun and really doubted I would find one - but this site not only had the parts, they made it easy to find the them. Delivery was efficient and quick! I can now use my nail gun again, nice job, thank you!
After months of back order waiting for a part that costs less than $3, I received 2 incorrect parts (as I paid for two plus the exorbitant shipping that was more than the two parts' price) that didn't work at all. I cannot return them without paying shipping again myself. I called, emailed and filled out customer service info online. Nothing happened. Now this time you wanted me to review. "Great" job.

My 1/2 craftsman drill arbor broke. Big drills are expensive. I went on eReplacements parts. I looked up my drill motor and found a replacement arbor. I ordered it. In a little over a week it came in. I replaced it. It was great. Drill back up and running at a fraction of the price of a new drill motor.
I had a 15 year old walmart MTD and I needed a front gear assembly to make the auger work. Not only could I not find the parts, but nobody even had a record of the machine in their inventory! But customer service for ereplacement parts, was more then happy to help, me find what I needed! They told me the model number had been changed, somewhere along the line. They sent me cutaway diagrams of all the parts in my machine, I easily picked out what I needed and they were quickly sent to me so I could install them. The parts were $70 but a new snow blower would have cost me close to a thousand! I highly recommend this company! Their customer service is second to none!
Their CharBroil Parts were priced low, and most parts were in stock. One part was slow for them to get, but that was the manufacturer's fault.
Needed parts for my Black & Decker vacuum. Not only did they have them but the parts were delivered very quickly.
Found the exact part I needed, delivered in a few days. Repair was completed and my ventahood works like new again.
- Notice 5* rating even though I did not get my order like we all want. But I know I am not special and if the part is not on hand you wait.
- In my case I waited a couple of days BUT was kept informed on the status during the entire process.
- I was taught years ago by a very wise grandfather that to be successful in business you must make people "want you". I feel for sure e replacements wants me as a customer by keeping me in the loop. Thank you for that!
- Nothing pi$$es me off more than ordering something and then the seller goes sinker.

Had the best price for part & very reasonable shipping charges. U.S. Mail had fast delivery too. Will buy from them again.
I ordered this part on Mon, Nov 28. I paid $14+ dollars for next day shipping, which is more than the parts cost. On Tue, Nov 29 I checked the delivery status and it said it would be delivered on Thu, Dec 1.
So why did I pay all that money for next day delivery to have to wait 3 days to get it? I just checked the status and it now says it will be delivered on Sat, Dec 3!
What is the heck? I'm thinking a refund is in order, at least for the shipping costs, if not for the full order.
Cheese wiz, folks. Pay for next day, get a 5 day delay? Assuming it really does get here on Saturday. In the meantime, instead of exercising on my elliptical, I'm running 4 miles outside in 40 degree weather. Which is what I was paying extra to avoid.
I tried everything to get a replacement bowl for crockpot because I loved the cook and carry feature of the cover and crockpot didn't sell this model anymore nor had part for it. They gave this company name and the people were great in helping me with the replacement
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
