Has the parts you need at a reasonable price. The shipping time is ok but probably out of their hands once package is handed to a carrier.
The tray is an excellent replacement for the original part which was accidentally cracked when dropped.
I ordered a fan motor for a Breville toaster oven that I couldn't find anywhere else. The part was listed at eReplacementParts as being on factory back order with no ETA. I checked the site over the course of months to see if the part would come in stock or get an ETA, but it never did. Since I couldn't find the part listed for sale anywhere else, I decided to order it from eReplacementParts and see what happens. I doubted my order would ever ship but was pleasantly surprised when it did about a month later.
The part arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside a padded envelope. The bubble wrap was almost entirely popped, but fortunately, the part was undamaged. I would have appreciated better packaging, but playing shipping roulette with padded envelopes seems to be the way most companies roll these days.
The price of the part and the shipping charge were both reasonable, and overall, I was very satisfied with the purchase. I would order from them again. I would have given them five stars if not for the confusing back order status and poor packaging.
This cap does not fit my blender… I have the pro xl 8 cup according to the measurement grid on the site it would but it just falls right through. If you know where I might find one I'd like to hear from you… I haven't been able to find one anywhere
My Bosch Power planes cord had started cracking (yes it been a working warrior for a lot of years) so I decided to see about bringing it back to life. I found the correct part on eReplacementParts and within the week my power plane has as good as new.

Hard to find essential part to a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker. Waited almost a year for it to come off backorder. However, I was regularly updated, and although I had almost given up hope, it finally arrived. I am thankful for ereplacementparts.
After ordering a part for our Mr. Coffee machine in December 2021, and paying $10 for expedited shipping, we kept getting emails that it was back ordered. Finally received something on December 2022 but it doesn't fit our machine. Not sure it's even worth contacting them to see about getting my 26 bucks back (including the cost for expedited shipping). I can probably buy a new Mr. Coffee for not much more.

Thank you, eReplacements, for the excellent wservice I received. Although my purchase was a small, "trivial" thing (I needed a replacement food pusher for my food processor), you had exactly what I needed.
I have gone 3 1/2 years without being able to use my appliance because I didn't have the food pusher. I even wrote to the manufacturer, asking about purchasing a replacement. They never even replied! So I continued looking at my appliance, contemplating whether or not I should replace the appliance itself. Seemed to me a silly thing to do, since the appliance worked well. It was only missing that one piece, which had been thrown into the trash by a very "helpful" 2-year old.
Your website is easy to navigate. I quickly found exactly what I needed. Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast.

They seemingly had a good system for identifying the part I needed by expanding the engineering drawing and calling out the parts, however, after waiting an extra week for the part to show up, it was in fact the wrong part. Disappointed.
There are too many problems I have had with this website, this is my first time and the last time using it.
1. I ordered a small $51 Kohler valve, the shipping cost was $46; I'm in Puerto Rico, which is covered by the USPS service, the shipping cost was very expensive.
2. The item I ordered didn't have an image on their webpage, by looking at the rough drawing, I guesstimated it should fit, but when it came, it didn't.
3. I emailed them asking for a return authorization, the email got no answer.
4. I called their customer service #, they told me, since it's an "international" order, it's not in their system, they gave me a 385 number to call, but that number was actually "not in service".
5. I called their customer service number again, this time, no one is answering the phone, the recording says all return must go through their website.
6. I logged into my account, the order didn't show. I tried to use my email and order# to do a lookup, still, the order is nowhere to be seen.
Essentially, my order has become a "ghost" order, and they don't seem to care any "international" customers at all. This has been my worst online shopping experience in quite a long time.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
