Seldom do i experience such extraordinary customer service. My vacuum cleaner part ( which was much needed to complete a project) arrived in TWO DAYS. It is a new hose for the small Oreck canister vacuum which essentially gave me a whole new vacuum for 30 bucks. Extremely happy with the part and the positive experience dealing with this company's online shopping website.

The top to the coffee container that catches the ground coffee that fits into my Krup coffee grinder broke rendering the grinder useless so I Googled where I could get another part. The catcher container itself also had a break at the top. I found ereplacementparts.com and saw they had both parts at very low prices so I ordered those parts. I got the parts very quickly and they did turn out to be the correct parts and they fit my grinder so now my grinder is working again. I'll definitely use this site again.

Without asking, the missing part was sent expedited shipping at $9.21. The part that was paid for $2.99 was charged again for a total cost of $13.29. OK, subtract the credit of $3.26 and it's still $10.00 for a $2.99 part that should have been included with the order to start with. OK,I have all that I ordered, it was just expensive to me for your mistake.

Part is for DW 402 4.5 inch angle grinder. Advertised as made to Black and Decker specs. Installation was fairly simple. The problem came when trying to install the handle. None of the three ports are threaded. Handle will not attach.

I needed a miter guide for an old Ryobi table saw that someone gave me. I googled and up came EreplacementParts. The ad featured a picture of the part I thought I needed, so I ordered it online. $12 for the part. $6.95 to ship it. I did not know that there are multiple versions of Ryobi table saws and multiple versions of mitre guides. Who would? When the part arrived, the guide bar was too wide to slide along the slot in the table. I called to find out how to sendnit back for a refund. The woman who took the call told me that it was my fault that I ordered the wrong part, and in any case, they would not refund the shipping costs if I sent it back. So basically, I could get $12 back if I spent another $6.95 on shipping. A $14 hit to return a $12 part. I decided to keep the part and fabricate a guide bar for it. Did I say that the part itself was made of cheap plastic? Like a toy.
