Ordered my parts on 12/2 and it is 1/30 and it finally says they JUST shipped. Instead of mailing out the parts that were in stock they kept my entire order or required me to pay a separate shipping fee which I find ridiculous and never experienced with any other retailer I've ever made a purchase from. Hopefully the parts actually arrive in a timely manner now that they've been shipped out and that they work well or I would definitely change my two stars to no stars. This was ridiculous, its the year 2020 and I am waiting two months for an order I already paid for.

This site is great, its saved us hundreds of dollars by being able to easily find and receive the random tiny parts for our tools which would otherwise render them useless.

I researched the parts needed to repair my Hitachi leaf blower. At the time I ordered the website claimed they had all the parts needed. Order entry on 12/24/19. Website tracking says will receive parts 1/9/20. A bit long but understandable due to holidays. Tracking on website 1/10/20 says parts back ordered. No available date. Not sure how it went from having all the parts to one part now on back order. Canceled back order part. Finally shipped remaining parts 1/13/20. Not sure what day arrived as I was out of town. Somewhere around the 20th. Will I use eReplacement again? Sure I will. I would rather have OEM parts. Obviously the back order tells me something about Hitachi having trouble with their blowers. The reason for 3 stars is lengthy ship time and less than timely communication of delay, mostly resting with Hitachi. I emphasize that I will use eReplacement in the future.

I have tried cheaper parts from eBay but they rarely fit. Your parts always fit and are an exact replacement and they arrive fast. Thanks for the excellent service and attention to detail.

Took two tries to get the part unbroken. Both times the part came with no packing material. Hence it was broken in shipping twice. The second time the break was minimal so I made due.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
