Great company! I have a 20 year old craftsman lawn tractor that sears hardly ever has parts for, but not a problem for Ereplacement parts. Not only do they have parts for my mower but they ship extremely fast...i live in Illinois and they ship from utah...ive gotten my orders within 3 days both times ive shopped with them...5 stars i recommend!

I recently ordered replacement parts for my 20+ year old Ryobi string trimmer and everything fit perfectly. This saved me alot of money since I didn't have to purchase a new trimmer.

After trying another tool parts site in an attempt to save $5 I found out the other site was known for being completely unreliable. This resulted in my tool being out of commission for 2 1/2 weeks longer than necessary. After I returned to eReplacementparts it shipped the day I ordered.

E- replacement parts is a good place to find small engine parts. It is extremely helpful if you have the model number to the machine you are working on. Sometimes cross referencing the manufacturers website is necessary to determine which part you should buy.

I have been a customer several previous times and find they have always met or surpassed my expectations!

After a fruitful conversation with a representative I concluded that it would be better to return a part and see if there was some way to actually make the needed part myself.In the meantime I decided to replace the drill press I was trying to fix by ordering a new press.Trying to replace my broken part with a similar part from a new model parts list did not work forcing me to return the ordered part.The company issued me a return label and credited my with the price of this part.

Just a great place to get what you need when you need it. They know their parts. They let you know if it's the part you need for sure.

The parts took a few weeks to get here but I got them and they were perfect. Looked like the exact pieces I was missing the fit was on point.

Purchased a chopper lid, but it was the wrong size. Sent an email to ask for help, received a confirmation, but no response.

I'm actually amazed that they invited me to review, which only proves that they pay ZERO attention to their "customer service" email account.
I ordered a replacement lawn mower blade. They sent me an empty box. I emailed their "customer service" account twice over an 8 day period (because you CANNOT call customer service. Oh sure, they have a telephone number, which is auto answered and runs you through a bunch of menu options, but when you get to the end, the recorded voice tells you that they are too busy to answer the phone!), but received NO response. Ultimately was forced to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Just terrible. Don't waste your time and energy.

I ordered an air cleaner cover for a Honda lawn mower. I remained skeptical that with so many different models of Honda mowers out there, that an exact fitting replacement part would be sent my way. Plus the model number (MN) on the mower did not exactly match your list of choices. My MN was off from your best fit MN by two extra digits. But indeed a huge smile creased my face when I installed this new air cleaner cover and found it fit perfectly. Oh and plus, plus, this part arrived by regular USPS mail in record time. Thanks a bunch, ereplacement parts!

The handle on my fishing reel broke and they had the exact replacement. Looked all over and only this place had it. Price was reasonable. It came fast and on time and, most importantly, it worked perfectly! Great way to save money instead of buying a whole new reel.
