I was satisfied with the purchase of a new contoler (*******) and element (*******) for my Char-Broil electric BBQ. The heating temperature and temperature control are like new. The replacements parts cost me 50% of the cost of a new version of my Char-Broil BBQ (including taxes, transport and duty fees). The replacement cost thus remains financially sustainable AND just as important I have the satisfaction of contributing to the preservation of our environment.

Turns out I had something left in my cart from a year ago and it processed through with my recent order. A phone call and the customer service rep removed that from the shipping and credited my card and the rest of it came in due time. All is well.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
