I was satisfied with the purchase of a new contoler (*******) and element (*******) for my Char-Broil electric BBQ. The heating temperature and temperature control are like new. The replacements parts cost me 50% of the cost of a new version of my Char-Broil BBQ (including taxes, transport and duty fees). The replacement cost thus remains financially sustainable AND just as important I have the satisfaction of contributing to the preservation of our environment.

Ereplacementparts.com always seems to have the part we need.
In only one out of several orders over the years, was the part on back order and cancellation of that item was quick and easy. With credit back on our CC almost immediately.

I ordered a very small part from this company. Part,less than $3 shipping over $10
The company said it was shipped. I never received a tracking number or any type of confirmation that it was shipped.
I've checked my physical address and my PObox. I never received my product. I paid through PayPal. I went through the email address on PayPal and sent this company a message that I didn't receive my order.
I never received any emails back from this company in regards to my order, instead, I get a survey.

I WILL NEVER order anything from this company again.

Ordered parts. Never received. They entered wrong address than tried to blame customer. Shoping lead time is horrible. Customer service is worthless. Buyer beware.

Part arrived pretty fast=good. Part is wrong, can't seem to get response for return, refund, credit or way to return=BAD!

I needed a head gasket for my riding mower they had it in stock and shipped it as promised. Other sites had it for much more. Will shop here again

Turns out I had something left in my cart from a year ago and it processed through with my recent order. A phone call and the customer service rep removed that from the shipping and credited my card and the rest of it came in due time. All is well.

Ordered a latch for my Coleman 54 steel sided cooler but one they sent was wrong so had to return it. Waiting for a credit. I have found since that my cooler is provably a pre 1999 model. Hard to believe that the right latch can't be found…

Bought a "NEW" replacement pump/motor for my piece of junk Ryobi sprayer, lasted 4 tanks, dead already. Contacted customer service NO REPLY...WOW...$38 out the window. Gave them all the info, order#...still nothing...WOW...never again...Stay Away
