Right product, reasonable price, Delivery as promised. Website was easy to navigate, receipt provided upon order. Part was a direct replacement part, no issue in reassembly. Unit is now good as new.

It was super easy to find the right part I needed based on the make and model of my stick blender, the shipping was decently fast especially considering the fact we're amidst a global pandemic. Ready for fishing!

Still waiting

The ordering process works well with good diagrams and descriptions of parts but the shipping department cannot seem to ship out anything in an efficient and timely manner. I have made two recent purchases. After several weeks the first was finally delivered however I am still waiting for the second after 3 weeks and my garden tractor is still down.

Reliable

I have had a solid experience with this company. Whether it be for odd parts for machines by Dad has passed down to me or a simple blade for a late model lawnmower, I always get what I need. One example, I have a big 1983 Toro snowblower that my Dad bought new. I refurbished it with new belts, spark plug, gas line and carburetor. That saves a TON of money and is also satisfying in general. Brick and mortar stores just don't have the inventory given all the products on the market. Save yourself the hassle and shop with these folks.

Tremendously helpful customer service

Perfect!

The replacement was for my 4/5 Cup Mr. Coffee Maker and it was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The pot was secure between a foam top and bottom "padding" in its own heavy-duty box, then shipped inside a larger box with packing paper. Great shipping and fast, too!

The only place for parts

Of all the places I looked for a simple part that I could not find anywhere, including the place of purchase for the pressure washer, I came across eReplacementParts.com online which is not even in my country (AU) and they had exactly the right part! Extremely quick postage, very happy!

I tried to call to arrange for replacement parts to be sent but got a message saying due to covid no calls are being taken (poor excuse as it's several months into the pandemic and you should have sorted this out by now). The message directed me to your website which only provided the option of processing a return. I wanted to process a replacement so I emailed to ask how to facilitate this. That was a week ago and I still have not received a reply. So I sent back the damaged parts. Guess my only option is to repurchase now.
Damage was caused because the items were poorly packaged.

I eventually received my items, which took literally almost 6 months or more. I ordered riding lawnmower parts. And it took forever to get everything i ordered. And sending emails did not help any. So in the future will never use this site unless i don't need the part like tomorrow or maybe in a few weeks would reasonable. But several months in not good business practice. And you don't ever get an explanation on why.

Fantastic business

I got a light fixture for an older hunter ceiling fan from this company, which you cant find anywhere and the fan has been discontinued. It was very easy to install and it worked as good or better than the original. Extremely pleased. I will order any parts that I need from them. You should too.

Easy to find repair parts

Site was easy to use to find and order repair parts; I was looking for an end cap for a blender jar and, while there are many styles of end caps, mine were easily found. Parts were reasonably priced, they had good shipping options, and straightforward checkout.

Imcomplete order
June 25, 2020

Order replacement pressure washer handle and only receive two the three components which make up the spray gun. Still have not received any reply to my email. I have used them before for several items and always received good service hope they get back to where they were before all this craziness.

Where is my parcel?

On 6/16/20, I ordered 3 lawn mower blades. They were back ordered and shipped on 6/24/20. On 7/3/20, they arrived at Tampa, Fl. FedEx. Office and recorded as unable to deliver. I live approx. 150 miles from Tampa in Naples, Fl. So naturally, they are not deliverable in Tampa. Tracking info indicated they would be delivered in Naples on 7/09/20. That date has come and gone with no parcel delivery. If you can find my parcel or replace it, please send it by U.S. Postal Service as they deliver to all cities.
