I needed a specific cable for an 26 year old Craftsman self propelled lawn mower. It took about 3 weeks but when it came - it fit perfectly! Now I can mow my 35 degree angle front yard a lot easier than with my newer Toro which was a chore.

Received my Penn SS 4400, 4500, and 5500, handles very quickly. The original handles do not bend like the replacements that never need anything but cleaning - no paint. I also upgraded my handle knobs to the ergonomic ball type with double bearings.
After 42 years of faithful service, my Craftsman air compressor finally blew a head gasket. Sears, of course, had absolutely no parts although their web site did say that, yes, they had made it back sometime in the last century. Found eReplacementParts on Google, called their customer phone number and yes they had the gaskets and could send them out by the next day. Gaskets arrived in 2 days, were a perfect fit and the price was absolutely outstanding. My best experience ordering on line EVER.

We placed two orders - one after the other since we didn't know Sears was taking us to your site. We are still waiting for a shipping notice, let alone the order for 3 weeks now. Ordered a part for my food processor and was quoted about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they informed me it would be a little longer. Two months and after sending two emails I finally received my part. Now I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic, but every other company I have done business with has figured out how to deliver customer service. However, this supplier has a recorded message instructing you to send an email, which goes unanswered. Very disappointed with my experience... the only reason they got 2 stars was because I finally did get the right part.
Finding the parts was easy. But it took a month to ship. Expectations at a minimum would have been a week. Expectations at maximum 2 weeks even if the parts are not in stock, however they stock and procure parts is not speedy for the consumer. Will look for other places in the future before using them again. Parts replaced: clutch spring and guard shroud.
I have an older Delta bench top drill press that I use often. The spindle return spring broke recently. I could still use it but not safely. Went to eReplacementParts and got an exact replacement in about a week. Very pleased!
They had the oil plug my air compressor needed. They let me know it might take a while to get receive the part but I got here pretty quick I will definitely look for more parts here when I need them very great company and service

I suggest you look somewhere else for your parts needs. I ordered several replacement power cords for my Milwaukee grinders. Order was placed on 8/19, took them two weeks to get them out their door. Here it is 9/4 and I still don't have my power cords. We'll see if they are the correct part when they arrive

Part is for DW 402 4.5 inch angle grinder. Advertised as made to Black and Decker specs. Installation was fairly simple. The problem came when trying to install the handle. None of the three ports are threaded. Handle will not attach.

You sent me the wrong part. Now I have to order it from Hamilton Beach and pay $23.00. That's almost $40.00 between your cost and Hamilton Beach for a new brew basket for my coffee maker that costs less than $10.00.
Cylinder head gasket arrived bent. It was shipped in a pillow pack envelope. There was no markings to indicate "DO NOT BEND". I wish they would've included a stiffener sheet inside envelope. I installed as is and hoped for the best. Whether or not life expectancy is shortened… we'll see.
Yes, I read the bad reviews but this company was so much less expensive than anyone else (by more than 75% in some cases) that I gave them a shot. These were grill heat plates for a Fiesta gas grill. The site said my parts would be shipped directly from the vendor and it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Turns out my items were in stock and I ordered them on June 16 and received them June 21, sent from their own warehouse. So not only was I surprised, the tracking was accurate and the items are OEM. Low shipping cost compared to others also.

Finding parts for older equipment is always a problem in a shop. My tools are old enough that the parts have been out of stock for some time. Circuit boards are not forever fortunately l found the one I needed at ereplacementparts.com allowing me to to save hundreds of dollars by repairing my thickness sander instead of replacing it. I ordered the OEM part needed and paid for accordingly. There was no communication then from the time of ordering to the time of getting my package at my door. Once opening the package it was discovered that apparently that specific part number was no longer available so the business took it upon themselves to replace with a product that will still fit. Although the part ended up working for me the business should have at least communicated to me asking if it was ok to swap parts ordered and update their website appropriately.

I tried one part and it didn't help. Thankfully, their return policy was super easy so I ordered another part and now everything is working. This is all the repair shop would have done but I didn't have to drive anywhere or pay someone else for swapping out parts. Repairing is easy if you know how to use a screw driver. And I did my part to save the environment by not adding to our landfills. I'll always come here first when looking for parts again!
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
