Not sure why I needed 13 different size o-rings (all loose parts NOT even packaged to keep the pieces together, yes, I dropped over 1/2 the small pieces when I ripped the envelope open) for a plastic carburator that only has 3 but I guess that is why it cost $30 plus shipping. Only 2 other options, buy new plastic carburator or new mower.
Purchased parts which went without a hitch. Product shipped in a timely fashion but FedEx missed the their delivery date. Item status at FedEx changed to delivery pending and it sat for an entire week. I contacted FedEx who suggested the item was lost at their delivery facility but stated they could not elevate searching for it or filing a lost item claim unless contacted by eRepalcementParts (the shipper). This is where my experience gets bad as I attempted calling eReplacementPart but you can not get in contact with them for lost shipments. Their phone system dumps you out after telling you to email them. Emailed four times over a week and a half with zero reply. I did finally get the parts but way late and after I had to purchase the same items from another vendor.
Have bought from eparts a few times. Always the right fit. Great prices. They are my go to sight for any repair needs I have.
Ordered parts in mid June. Got a notice 3 weeks later that 1 of 4 parts was backordered. They would wait to ship unless I wanted the 3 parts and the backorered part cancelled. I said I would wait. Mid August had heard nothing so I emailed to ship what they had and cancel backordered part. Sept 9th they emailed to say the parts were ready to ship as soon as the backordered part came to their warehouse in a few days. On Sept14th got an email saying they were sending me a "Retrun Label", even though I never received the parts. A few minutes later received a notice that they had refunded the parts cost but not the "expediated" fee. Emailed back, because they don't actually have people answering the phone nor can you leave a voice message. No reply from them but I got this request to share my experieince. So after 3 months I have no parts and am out money for their services. My word to the wise is to avoid this company like Covid-19.
The site said that the attachment was for our model of food processor so I ordered it. Not only did it take a month and a half to get here, it didn't fit. The metal pin that is supposed to secure into the lid but is to big for the hole.
I guess I am spoiled by some companies being able to receive an order one day and deliver the next. It was easy for me to identify and order the part I needed for an older gasoline powered edger that I did not have the model number for. The part arrived on the 2 week schedule as promised and it was a perfect fit. I will deal with this company again.

Order was cancelled prior to shipment. Return department will not confirm credit for original shipping freight along with repair parts and I am having trouble getting a RMO.

Ordered parts for my Porter Cable nail gun. They shipped fast and arrived on time. Website has great information about symptoms and what parts to order. Saved a lot of money not having to replace the whole tool.
Ordered 7/27, got 9/14. I'm not mad about it because my Dewalt sawzall had been out of commission for a year at that point, so I didn't need it, but imagine my frustration if I depended on it. It was just a spring and a ball bearing, and if they were out of stock, they should have said so. Battery op tools are convenient, but always have old standby plug in Milwaukee tools to get it done. Anyway, the parts were right, my convenience tool is back; I would use eR again... if I wasn't in a hurry.

My food processor has been discontinued by Cuisinart and the replacement part I needed was out of stock. I was happy that eReplacementParts was able to supply the part. It took a bit of time, but it finally came.
Ordered a replacement part for my wire nailer expecting it to be a drawn out process especially because the it being 2020. Totally passed my expectations product was what I ordered at a great price and timely in its delivery. I'll have to keep this company on file should I need to order replacement parts for any of my other tools
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
