Equipmentfacts is an American company that gives auctioneers a simple, cost-effective platform for simulcasting live, on-site equipment auctions to an international audience of bidders. Backed by Machinery Trader, TractorHouse, Truck Paper, and other leading marketplaces, the Equipmentfacts online auction solution offers an industry-specific bidding system that reaches customers actively seeking to bid online for new and used heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, trucks, trailers, attachments, and similar assets.
How Equipmentfacts Works
Auction listings appear on the Equipmentfacts.com website with photos, specifications, descriptions, and videos. The searchable, user-friendly site lets potential bidders contact sellers via phone, email, video chat, and popular apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Equipmentfacts staff will handle many of the most time-consuming aspects of bidder management on auction day, including uploading the sales day catalog, managing bidder registrations and approvals, submitting online bids to the auctioneer, and answering bidder questions. Bidders anywhere in the world can simply log on and bid directly from their computers.
Your Trusted Equipment Auction Solution
Equipmentfacts is a product of Sandhills Global, a worldwide information processing company headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. Established in 1978, Sandhills is well-known for its online platforms serving the construction, agriculture, commercial trucking, and aviation markets.
The company generally enjoys a positive reputation for its user-friendly online auction platform and efficient customer service, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their bidding experiences and prompt assistance when issues arise. Customers also noted issues with communication and billing accuracy, particularly regarding buyer premiums. Overall, while the company demonstrates strengths in customer support and auction execution, addressing these recurring concerns could enhance overall customer satisfaction.

All worked well as expected. The items followed the on-site auction and was clear what you are bidding on
A little confusing but soon figured it out.
Will use it again.
Glad to hear you figured it out!
I bid and they were doing funky stuff. It went three bids higher than my high bid then my bid was the high bid again then nothing. Your company is a scetchy auction with fake bids obviously
Thanks for the feedback and the follow-up information! We can now let the seller know of your concerns.
Smooth experience. Very easy to purchase through EF ( too easy according to my wife).
Great to hear!
I had a $6500 bid in and it sold for $6500 and I didn't get it and it was the second piece I needed after purchasing the previous lot
Bid on tems got zero feed back. No email invoice line items on purchases etc...
Thank you for the feedback! Your comments were forwarded to the seller.
We were informed that we did not have the final bid even though it said we did online and our amount was registered with the item we thought we had purchased. But when we drove 60 miles to get our equipment, we were told we did not have the top bid even though one day later today it still says we do. The auctioneer was very apologetic, but it still didn't help. I feel this is Equipment facts problem. Maybe you should figure this out.
Thank for the feedback!
Everything I have bought from an online auction has showed up and looked like $#*! complete junk the people taking pictures sure know how to avoid the bad spots I will never buy anything online again
Thanks for the feedback! Your comments were forwarded to the seller for the most recent item
You won form them.
Great. Would be nice tho to know who to make a bank check out to for picking items up after the sale
The seller is the auction company. You should receive an invoice and email notification as well.
I am registered with equipmentfacts. It's easy to log in and watch auctions. The bidding can be disabled if you're just watching or activated if you choose to bid. So far it's been a very streamlined experience.
Thank you for the feedback!
I Bid on a Truck I wanted and was Successful...Online. I could hear the Auction clearly...and had No Problems Understanding or Bidding!
Good to hear!
Fast, easy and simple. Videos help to show equipment that's up for sale.
Great to hear!
Easy and smooth bidding. Quick invoicing. Easy site navigation.
Great to hear!
Perfect. You all made it very easy and convenient. Thank you
Glad to hear it!
I don't know if there is a short time delay between the auction and the website but I had 2 items I bid on and it came up "I am done " and a few seconds later it would say sold. I had placed the bid before it was over but did not accept it. It was disappointing to me.
Thanks for the feedback...sometimes there can be a delay based on individual connections.
I was texted that i had won a item but was never sent a email stating how to go about picking it up
Once you have the seller's info, simply reach out to them with any questions regarding pick=-up!
The auction site was top notch, I like the way the items are listed in order coming up, not much latency using the bid button with hundreds of other buyers. The option to view and listen to the auctioneer and see the current item being sold and the upcoming list all work together to create an easy to use web platform, intergrated with the bidders onsite and online. I think the platform is top notch and very easy to use and follow, and I wouldnt change anything I can think of right now.
Glad to hear it!
