I bid on recent auction in Texas on the 24th bidding worked well but the notification if you win an item or not is locking I bid on item 549 one the item but had to call to verify that I actually won still to this day no notification email has been sent or anything as far as invoice

When you're in a live auction and not watching the current items selling trying to scroll through the rest. The app jumps around a lot, and as soon as an item sells, it takes you back to the top of the list in the catalog. Hidden buyer fees is not cool. I read through the description in the beginning. It says items marked with a buyer's fee would be charged a buyer's fee. My item that I bought was not mark and I still got charged a buyer's fee. Sand hills is awfully greedy. Charging a commission on every item that sells. They should just charge the auction house's prorated flat rates.

Bid on 2 cars won both one didnt have a key and was not stated the second car I won they had the wrong lot number under my bid and let someone else purchase the same vehicle bit the Auction place made it right and refunded me my money

Was able to bid on an auction but missed one vehicle I wanted, as the auction company had a requirement for separate approval and that took hours. Would be better to identify auction companies that accept you as a bidder with your EquipmentFacts account, versus having some special additional requirement that I didn't learn about until I went to bid
Had some problems with losing audio and the ability to bid on items sometimes they would stop and correct the problem and a couple of times they kept going even though you could hear someone say their was a issue

When I go to get my equipment I purchased I will let you know of the rest of the purchase process
I won the bid for the tractor I wanted. I drove 2 hours to pickup the tractor paid for it when they brought the tractor out by forklift, the tractor would not start! Levi the Manager of the auction tried feverishly to get it started then he agreed to refund my money.
