Equipmentfacts is an American company that gives auctioneers a simple, cost-effective platform for simulcasting live, on-site equipment auctions to an international audience of bidders. Backed by Machinery Trader, TractorHouse, Truck Paper, and other leading marketplaces, the Equipmentfacts online auction solution offers an industry-specific bidding system that reaches customers actively seeking to bid online for new and used heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, trucks, trailers, attachments, and similar assets.
How Equipmentfacts Works
Auction listings appear on the Equipmentfacts.com website with photos, specifications, descriptions, and videos. The searchable, user-friendly site lets potential bidders contact sellers via phone, email, video chat, and popular apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Equipmentfacts staff will handle many of the most time-consuming aspects of bidder management on auction day, including uploading the sales day catalog, managing bidder registrations and approvals, submitting online bids to the auctioneer, and answering bidder questions. Bidders anywhere in the world can simply log on and bid directly from their computers.
Your Trusted Equipment Auction Solution
Equipmentfacts is a product of Sandhills Global, a worldwide information processing company headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. Established in 1978, Sandhills is well-known for its online platforms serving the construction, agriculture, commercial trucking, and aviation markets.
The company generally enjoys a positive reputation for its user-friendly online auction platform and efficient customer service, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their bidding experiences and prompt assistance when issues arise. However, several concerns have emerged, including frustrations with bid discrepancies, lack of acknowledgment for pre-bids, and occasional technical difficulties that hinder the bidding process. Customers also noted issues with communication and billing accuracy, particularly regarding buyer premiums. Overall, while the company demonstrates strengths in customer support and auction execution, addressing these recurring concerns could enhance overall customer satisfaction.

I understand it was a first to do online for this auction
I'm a regular auction bidder online and in person
Very nice people to deal with. Feels like a family business and very professional
User-friendly easy to follow excellent communication, good helpline
Thanks Daric.
Very easy process. I was bidding remotely and the auctioneer received my bids in a timely manner. In fact, I won the auction. Great website!
Glad you enjoyed the experience with our platform.
The bid reminder text/email is a great benefit to me for reminders of what I have watched. Also, it would make reviewing all items quicker if there could be 250+ items listed on a single page vs 112, I dont understand why someone wants to click through 30 pages of items if it could be limited to 250 minimum up to 500 per page, its much easier to sort through items that way.
We appreciate your feedback Chad!
My experience was quite pleasureful first time ever doing it got plenty of help from your assistance and your number thank you
Thank you for the feedback!
I enjoyed using your app but I wish you could type custom bids instead of just having to bid whatever it's on the screen
We appreciate the feedback, Brain. We will take that into consideration going forward.
I'm annoyed that when I ask a question of EquipmentFacts, the answer was unsatisfactory almost like a generic reply.
The like button to put things on your watchlist is so small on the phone that I find it difficult to make a connection without opening up the item unnecessarily
Yesterday I tried to use the chat with Equipment fax option and it told me nobody was online during an auction
It easy to bid and the best part you can do it from the comfort of your home
Thanks for the feedback!
1. Some how I ended up with a $450 piece of equipment, dont how or what it even is...
2. The tractor I wanted, could enter a bid and lost it to someone else.
System Did not work for me at all...
I doubt I will attempt this again

Fantastic David! Glad you enjoyed the Auctiontime platform.
Everything worked smooth but the invoice on the website and the invoice from the auction company were different
Thanks for the feedback, Kyle!
Site works well, search function & wish list options I use quite often. Bidding for items flows well.
Fantastic Doug. Glad you enjoy using the Auctiontime platform.
The process was pretty straight forward, I liked that I could set an alert when one of my watched items was getting close to going live.
We appreciate the feedback, Kent.
👍 equipmentfacts is easy to use and pretty intuitive. Better than standing it in the hot sun all day
We appreciate the feedback, Dominic.
Bid on a pallet of attachments for mini excavator. Drove 5.5 hour one way to pick them up. It was not what everyone was bidding on wrong picture on the internet so they gave me 100.00 dollars for me fuel
Jedidiah, thank you for leaving a comment. Glad that the seller made this right for you. We ask that seller's make sure listings are complete, accurate and fully disclose all information about an item they have listed. Seller's are responsible for the listings descriptions and photos.
The shipper notified me that my bid won a mini excavator, is this correct?
Ronald, you should follow-up with the seller directly. Fr8star may have contacted you about shipping options if you won an item but that's clearly as a courtesy.
Equipmentfacts was easy to deal with. My only complaint is that I have not received a bill as to what I owe and who to pay.
Thanks for the feedback, Jason!
It was a horrible experience. No customer service would answer the phone or my chat messages. It was so bad I logged off and created a membership with proybid. Just terrible. Unable to bid on a few lots I wanted.
Thank you Seth. We appreciate you.
